These terms are an agreement between you and Bexby (bexby.cc). By using the site you accept them; if you do not, please do not use it.

1. Who can use Bexby

To use Bexby you need to be 18 or older and legally able to see adult content where you live. You are responsible for your account and for what is written from it.

2. What Bexby is

Bexby lets you exchange text messages with fictional characters whose replies are generated by AI. The characters are not real people, their statements are not facts, and nothing they say is advice. Replies can be wrong, odd or repetitive.

3. Your messages

You keep what you write. You let us store and process it to run the service: to show your chats, to let characters remember you and to keep the site safe. You agree to follow the House Rules.

4. Price

Bexby is free at the moment. If we ever offer paid features, they will be described before you are asked to pay, and nothing will be charged without your clear consent.

5. Ending an account

You can have your account deleted at any time by writing to us from its email address. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or the House Rules, or that puts the service or other people at risk.

6. No warranty

The service is provided as it is, without any warranty. We do our best to keep it running and safe, but we cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors.

7. Liability

To the extent the law allows, Bexby is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service. Nothing here limits rights you have by law that cannot be limited.
